The rapid growth of artificial intelligence is shaping every aspect of our lives, but with this growth comes an urgent need for diversity in how AI is developed and deployed. Too often, Black Arabs and other marginalized groups are overlooked, both in terms of their representation in AI research and the ethical frameworks that guide these technologies. We believe AI can only be truly transformative when it reflects the diverse perspectives of the communities it serves.
Our vision is to create a future where AI technologies are designed with fairness, inclusivity, and ethical responsibility at their core. We aim to ensure that the contributions of Black Arabs and other underrepresented communities are acknowledged, celebrated, and integrated into the development of AI solutions. Through research, advocacy, and collaboration, we’re building a more equitable and transparent AI-driven world.
We achieve this by conducting in-depth research, creating impactful educational content, and fostering open dialogue about AI ethics. Through our platform, we amplify the voices of those underrepresented in AI, advocate for responsible and inclusive practices, and contribute to the academic and policy discussions that shape the future of technology. We also collaborate with like-minded organizations, industry experts, and policymakers to drive lasting change.
We invite you to explore our blog, engage with our research, and join the conversation on how we can all work together to build a more inclusive, ethical, and transparent AI future. Together, we can ensure that AI works for everyone.
This platform is dedicated to advocating for the inclusion and representation of marginalized Black Arab and Black African communities within the Middle East, North Africa, and Israel in AI data, algorithms, and training programs. As technological advancements continue to shape the future, it is essential that the diversity of human experiences is accurately reflected. Unfortunately, these communities are often overlooked, which can perpetuate biases and inequalities in tech systems. Our mission is to raise awareness and drive action among tech companies, NGOs, and policymakers to ensure these groups are not only seen but also integrated into the development of inclusive, equitable, and ethical AI solutions. Through research, collaboration, and advocacy, we aim to create a more just and representative digital world for all.
About Me:

I’m Victoria Kabeya, a historian and cultural anthropologist with a deep commitment to advocating for marginalized communities. Over the years, I’ve studied the histories, cultures, and lived experiences of Black Arab and Black African populations in the Middle East, North Africa, and Israel, gaining a nuanced understanding of the challenges they face. Drawing on my academic background and passion for social justice, I created this platform to address the underrepresentation of these groups in AI systems. My mission is to ensure that these communities are included in the development of fair and equitable AI data, algorithms, and training programs. By amplifying their voices and experiences, I aim to create a more inclusive digital world for all.
